Our Hot bonding is done with modern state of the art equipment by well trained, qualified technicians for both in-house and on-site repairs.

- Pre-Preg Hot bonding, (Example – A320 Engine Bypass Repairs)
- On-wing Hot bonding, (Example – Carbon fibre winglet repair on Hawker 800)
- Metal Hot bonding repairs, ( Example – Skin Repair on damaged F100 Flap or Trim Tab)
- Post Curing of repairs, (Example – Bushes in all Composite Wing Structures)
- F100 Inlet Cowls ( Example Acoustic Panel Mesh replacement) We have in-house capability to carryout full panel mesh replacement of acoustic liners to TAY 650, Fokker F100 Inlet Cowls using our own CASA approved CASR 21M engineering data.
